Shipping and Sales Tax
Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground Service by default, but 2nd and 3rd day shipping are available, from the distributor's warehouse within two business days. (More information below, in the FAQ).
We are required to charge sales tax on all orders shipped to addresses in Florida, US only. No tax will be charged on orders shipped outside the state of Florida, US.

What about shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on the costs charged to us by the distributor (shipping & handling) to deliver the product directly to you from their warehouse. The default shipping method is Ground, but 2nd and 3rd day delivery are available online.
When should I expect delivery?
Virtually all our products leave the warehouse by the second business day after you order; many times it's faster than that. During heavy shopping seasons, it may take up to three days to leave the warehouse. After the product leaves the warehouse, standard Ground shipping times apply, which, depending on your location and the volume being handled by the carrier at the time, is from three to seven business days within the USA.
What about overnight delivery?
Overnight is available if needed. Just email us at Service@CampingAtoZ.com with any special delivery requests or call us at (407) 629-1113.
What if I receive my shipment damaged?
If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can quickly be resolved by notifying the carrier. If you ever have questions not answered by your carrier, please contact us at Help@CampingAtoZ.com
What if I want to return something?
Our products are top quality, but we understand that sometimes you just aren't happy with something you purchase, whether in a physical store or online. You can return any item for any reason for a refund within 10 days of receipt. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. You are responsible for the original shipping as well as the return shipping and insurance. Simply email us at Service@CampingAtoZ.com for a return authorization number.
What credit cards do you accept?
We currently accept both Visa and MasterCard.
How safe is my credit card information?
When you buy from CampingAtoZ.com, your credit card purchase is processed in real time through Humboldt Bank, by secure eCommerce servers run by Yahoo.com. Then your order is encrypted with PGP before being sent to CampingAtoZ.com. Your card couldn't be safer!
